The program

JCD Drops is Jay’s Car Designs’ marketing text message program. Subscribers receive recurring automated marketing text messages about new wrap designs, premade wrap releases, new products, limited releases, new JCD services, promotions and other JCD announcements.

How you join

You join by entering your mobile number in a JCD signup form on jayscardesigns.com, ticking the box that says you agree to receive texts, and submitting the form. The box is never pre-ticked. You may receive one text asking you to confirm your subscription.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Placing an order, requesting a quote or giving us your phone number for an order does not subscribe you to marketing texts.

Message frequency and cost

• Message frequency varies. We text for real releases and announcements, not daily.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Messages are not sent during quiet hours in your time zone where the law requires it.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe (END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT and STOPALL also work). You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further marketing texts. To join again, reply START or sign up again on jayscardesigns.com.

Carriers and eligibility

• Available to mobile numbers in the United States.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You confirm you are the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission to enroll it.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the text-messaging service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

We use your mobile number only to send the JCD messages you asked for and to honor your opt-out. See our full privacy policy for how we handle personal information.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Continuing to receive texts after a change means you accept the updated terms, and you can always reply STOP.
