Text updates about your order

What you receive

JCD Order Updates are text messages from Jay’s Car Designs about your own quotes, orders and projects: your quote link, a design proof ready to review, a reminder that a balance is due with a secure payment link, production updates, shipping and tracking, and replies to questions you sent us. They are not marketing — JCD Drops marketing texts are a separate program you join separately.

How you join

Enter your mobile number on this page, tick the box (it is never pre-ticked) and tap “Text me updates”. You can also text our business number first; we reply about your request.

Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase — you can always get the same updates by email and in your project portal.

Frequency and cost

• Message frequency varies with your order — usually a few texts per project.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts (END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT and STOPALL also work). You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resume.

Carriers and privacy

Available to mobile numbers in the United States. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the text-messaging service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
